As reported by Philadelphia Magazine

Located on the former site of the GlaxoSmithKline R&D facility in Upper Merion, The Discovery Labs will be a first for the world: the “largest co-working ecosystem for healthcare, life sciences and technology-enabled companies”, say some developers. Tenants will enjoy convenient location, infrastructure, customized space, and numerous amenities. Renovations are scheduled to be completed in the next 18 months, but the facility is already welcoming companies.
